Take advantage of special beach gear and bike credit! This luxurious Kiawah Island vacation rental features five bedrooms, a private pool, and sweeping views of Osprey Point's 16th fairway. The home is an easy 10-minute walk from the beach.

Upon entry, you will immediately notice the picturesque golf views, abundant natural light, and elegant architectural details. The main living space offers plenty of comfortable seating, a wall-mounted TV, and access to the screened porch and pool deck. Enjoy preparing meals in the stunning, fully-equipped kitchen. Open to the living and dining room, the kitchen allows easy for easy conversation flow and features top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances, shiplap ceilings, and a center island with a farmhouse sink.

Recharge during your vacation in one of the home's five well-appointed bedrooms. All bedrooms have attached bathrooms and TVs. On the first floor, you will find a luxurious primary suite with beautiful golf views, a king-sized bed, and access to the screened porch. Equipped with a soaking tub, a walk-in shower with a rain shower head, and large vanity, the spacious private bathroom is spa-like and serene. Ascend the staircase to discover the four remaining bedrooms and bathrooms. The first is a spacious bedroom with a king-sized bed and window seat perfect for reading or simply enjoying the golf views. A bedroom with two queen-sized beds, a bedroom with one queen-sized bed, and a bedroom with one double bed complete the home's sleeping quarters. A second living area is also found on this level.

The home's fantastic outdoor living spaces invite guests to relax in utmost comfort. Whether dining al fresco, taking a swim in the pool, or lounging on the screened porch, guests may soak in the beautiful surroundings throughout the year. The pool is approximately 23ft x 11ft.

The home is equipped with washer, dryer, and high-speed wireless internet.

Please note that this property has an exterior security camera that views the home's front entrance. This camera serves to protect both the property owner and rental guests.

During your stay on Kiawah Island, be sure to enjoy biking on the 30 miles of flat bike trails, golfing on one of five world-class courses, playing tennis, crabbing, fishing, swimming, and boating. Many families also enjoy the kids’ camp and nature programs at Night Heron Park.

Kiawah Island is about 40 minutes from historic Charleston, famous for incredible shopping, galleries, antique stores, museums, the South Carolina Aquarium, horse-drawn carriage rides, historic landmarks, and sumptuous dining.

Guest reservations of 3 to 21 nights come with a valuable credit to use towards beach gear rentals during your stay! The credit amount for this property is $400. You may use your credit for bicycles, beach chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, kayaks, stand-up paddleboards, and more – the choice is yours!

This pool has a electric heater, so the pool may be heated in cooler months for $75/per day for the entire stay. It can take 24-48 hours for the pool water to reach the optimal temperature of 85-87 degrees. When the air temperature falls below 55 degrees, typically November-March, pool heaters have difficulty achieving the optimal temperature. In this case, pool heating will not be available.

The dimensions of the pool are 11' W x 23' L.

RESERVATION PROCESS: Your reservation is not confirmed until you return the Akers Ellis Rental Agreement. This document will be sent to you via email within a few hours of making your reservation. You need to review and electronically fill out, sign, and submit the agreement within 24 hours. Once returned, Akers Ellis will collect payment and send you a reservation confirmation via email.

Had such a wonderful trip to Kiawah Island as always! Our stay was perfect in every way. Akers Ellis was a great host & couldn’t recommend them more! Definitely will be back!

The property was super clean and exactly as pictured. The house came with everything needed and was clean. It was a great house to entertain a large group of people for a golf trip. The area where the house is located is near Osprey, Turtle Point and Oceans. It was a 25-30min drive from Oak Point. Lastly, 15min drive to grocery store. I will note you can't get a uber to this house. It seemed like ubers wouldn't come on the island, so rent a car! I would totally rent this house again. Also, Aker Ellis was extremely responsive.

We had an amazing week for our first visit to Kiawah! The house was so nice, clean and well stocked with everything we needed. And questions I had were quickly addressed by the staff at Akers Ellis. We will definitely plan to visit again!
