Description

Take advantage of special beach gear and bike credit! This Kiawah Island vacation rental is a second story, two bedroom villa. Guests will enjoy the deck overlooking the golf course and the short 5-minute walk to the beach.

Walk in the front door and be welcomed by the beach themed decor. The living room offers comfortable furniture, a TV, and views of the golf course. The updated, fully-equipped kitchen has granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and plenty of room to prepare your vacation meals. The dining area has a table with seating for four.

The first bedroom offers a king-sized bed, TV, and private bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom features a queen bed and a private bathroom with a shower/tub combo.

Enjoy spectacular golf course views from the back deck which includes a small bistro table and seating for four.

The villa is equipped with washer, dryer, and high speed wireless internet.

During your stay on Kiawah Island, be sure to enjoy biking on the 30 miles of flat bike trails, golfing on one of five world-class courses, playing tennis, crabbing, fishing, swimming, and boating. Many families also enjoy the kids’ camp and nature programs at Night Heron Park.

Kiawah Island is about 40 minutes from historic Charleston, famous for incredible shopping, galleries, antique stores, museums, the South Carolina Aquarium, horse-drawn carriage rides, historic landmarks, and sumptuous dining.

Guest reservations of 3 to 21 nights come with a valuable credit to use towards beach gear rentals during your stay! The credit amount for this property is $250. You may use your credit for bicycles, beach chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, and more – the choice is yours!

RESERVATION PROCESS: Your reservation is not confirmed until you return the Akers Ellis Rental Agreement. This document will be sent to you via email within a few hours of making your reservation. You need to review and electronically fill out, sign, and submit the agreement within 24 hours. Once returned, Akers Ellis will collect payment and send you a reservation confirmation via email.

The apartment with a beautiful deck overseeing the golf course was pristine clean. The resort, the services, restaurants, and location were some of the best we have seen. The beach was breathtaking. On top, the host was extremely friendly and helpful! This was one of lifetime experience!

A clean and good size condo for our family of 4. Super close to the beach and the Bike credit made this 100% a great deal. Love Kiawah and would stay at this condo again!

Great Location and nice condo

My family and I enjoyed our vacation rental with Akers Ellis and really enjoyed our stay. The unit was ready on time and clean. I especially appreciated the renovated bathrooms with nice tile showers and counter tops. The kitchen was well stocked with all we needed. We would stay in this unit again for sure

Hope to return!

The villa was just perfect! It was nicely furnished, up-to-date, and comfortable. We were so surprised by how close the villa was to the beach. The deck overlooks the golf course and bike path which makes it peaceful when you are at the villa and easily accessible to the beach or exploring the area on your bike. And, the property manager could not have been nicer when I called for tips about Kiawah. Thanks for a great stay. We highly recommend the villa and hope to return!

Great location lovely condo

I truly enjoyed our stay at this condo in August. I was very impressed with Aker Ellis, our hot water heater broke and they replaced it immediately without much disturbance to our vacation.

Fabulous location, spacious condo

Great location, beautiful condo and golf course view. The only issue was some dirty dishes and utensils. Mattress wasn’t very comfortable. May look for a unit with access to the resort pools & tennis next time.
