Description

Take advantage of special beach gear and bike credit! This Kiawah Island vacation rental features 4 bedrooms, a screened porch, and is only a 4-minute bike ride to the beach.

The cozy main living area offers tall ceilings, hardwood floors, a large comfortable couch, 2 chairs, mounted flat screen TV, and access to the back deck and screened porch. The beautiful, fully equipped kitchen has white cabinets, plenty of counter space, and stainless-steel appliances. Enjoy meals with family and friends at the table right off the kitchen that seats 8 and additional barstool seating for 3.

The first floor master bedroom has a king-sized bed, mounted TV, cozy reading chair, access to the back deck, and a private, updated bathroom with his and her sinks and a large walk in shower. Ascend the stairs and you will find 3 other bedrooms. The second-floor master suite features a king bed, mounted TV, reading chair, and has access to a private bathroom with a single sink and a walk-in shower. A bedroom with a queen bed and a bedroom with two twin beds, both have private decks and TVs, and share a hallway bathroom with two sinks and a shower/tub combination.

Enjoy relaxing on the spacious screened porch or back deck overlooking the 7th green of Cougar Point Golf Course. The home is tucked away on a private street that offers a total sense of privacy. Enjoy gorgeous marsh views from above at the Marsh View Tower located at the end of Marsh Hawk Lane.

The home is equipped with washer, dryer, and high-speed wireless internet. Guests do not have access to the garage.

During your stay on Kiawah Island, be sure to enjoy biking on the 30 miles of flat bike trails, golfing on one of five world-class courses, playing tennis, crabbing, fishing, swimming, and boating. Many families also enjoy the kids’ camp and nature programs at Night Heron Park.

Kiawah Island is about 40 minutes from historic Charleston, famous for incredible shopping, galleries, antique stores, museums, the South Carolina Aquarium, horse-drawn carriage rides, historic landmarks, and sumptuous dining.

Guest reservations of 3 to 21 nights come with a valuable credit to use towards beach gear rentals during your stay! The credit amount for this property is $300. You may use your credit for bicycles, beach chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, kayaks, stand-up paddleboards, and more – the choice is yours!

RESERVATION PROCESS: Your reservation is not confirmed until you return the Akers Ellis Rental Agreement. This document will be sent to you via email within a few hours of making your reservation. You need to review and electronically fill out, sign, and submit the agreement within 24 hours. Once returned, Akers Ellis will collect payment and send you a reservation confirmation via email.

The house was exactly as listed. Very nicely decorated and stocked very well in the kitchen for cooking. Great layout, and back deck has gorgeous view of the golf course. Very nice screened in porch with deck. Loved grilling out too.

This property was as nice as was listed. We had additional family staying on the island from out west for a milestone birthday of one of our members. Everyone in our house was very happy with the accommodations, including not one complaint about the beds or sleeping well. We would recommend this house to anyone looking for a clean, roomy, comfortable stay.

Very nice place located between the two gates. Beach is a 15-20 minute walk right down the street and sandcastle is just a short drive. Had plenty of extra pillows duvets and towels. Staples were also available such as dishwasher pods, laundry detergent and various cooking essentials. Very clean house with a lots of private decks off the bedrooms. The rental agency was quick to respond to any questions or concerns

We enjoyed our stay at 164 Marsh Hawk Lane! The house is extremely clean, including the windows - which is very nice. The seasonal Christmas decorations was a very nice touch for the holiday. This is house is WELL STOCKED, the owner thought of everything. The back porch has 4 new comfy swivel chairs - not pictured in gallery. The location is perfect for access to Fresh Fields Village. The street is very quiet, the tower at the end is the street was a bonus for the view. All of the outside accent lights work - very nice. Thank you Akers Ellis for another comfortable vacation!

Great stay

We had a wonderful time during our stay at 164 Marsh Hawk Lane. The house was clean and perfect for six people. With bikes, it took less than 5 minutes to get to the beach. We were worried about crowds, but it wasn't crowded at all. And five star customer service. Aker Ellis answered all of my questions and concerns promptly (and with patience... I was a little anxious before arriving). Great experience. Downsides: they definitely didn't provide extra towels. So plan on that, if you go through towels quickly. And there is only one big pot. This was a little inconvenient when making spaghetti.

Perfect Escape

Spacious bright and airy home

The home was beautifully decorated and felt very comfortable. The twin beds were thin mattresses with no box spring and the queen bed had a blow up mattress as its box spring, but the amount of sleeping space was ample. There were no extras like I usually have come to expect in a rental at Kiawah. No board games/puzzles/books and the kitchen was very limited on pieces of equipment. No limited spices/oils or the like to cook with. I had to buy salt and pepper even.

We do not supply oil or spices in any of our rentals, but we will leave them in the property if a previous guest left them and they are in good shape. This property is a brand new rental!
