Take advantage of special beach gear and bike credit! This luxurious Kiawah Island oceanfront vacation rental offers 6 bedrooms, ocean views throughout and its own boardwalk to the beach.

Enter into the main living area with plenty of seating to relax and look out at the ocean. To the right you’ll find the spacious kitchen featuring marbled quartz countertops, and ample seating for the entire family. Enjoy ocean views from the second living room, located just off the kitchen, or a quiet morning with a cup of coffee in the sitting area. The screened in porch is the perfect place to listen to the ocean, morning or night, as well as soak in the beautiful view.

The main floor also boasts three bedrooms and four full bathrooms. In the primary king suite you’ll be greeted with an ocean view every day. The attached bathroom provides a walk in shower and double sinks. Across the hall from the primary suite is an additional full bathroom. On your right is the second primary bedroom featuring a king size bed, flat screen television and private bathroom with a walk in shower. Off the living room in the front of the house is where you will find the third bedroom on the main floor, complete with two queen size beds and attached full bathroom.

Ascend the stairs to the second floor and enjoy more ocean views straight ahead from the queen ensuite. A flat screen television is provided, and a small balcony allows for a nice breeze and a stunning view over the ocean. A Jack and Jill bathroom connects the queen room in the front of the home, and the back twin bedroom, featuring ocean views and a flat screen television.

This property also features a deck with a table and seating next to the dunes, making it the perfect place to dine al fresco!

The home is equipped with washer, dryer and high-speed wireless internet.

Guest reservations of 3 to 21 nights come with a valuable credit to use towards beach gear rentals during your stay! The credit amount for this property is $400. You may use your credit for bicycles, beach chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, kayaks, stand-up paddleboards, and more – the choice is yours!

During your stay on Kiawah Island, be sure to enjoy biking on the 30 miles of flat bike trails, golfing on one of five world-class courses, playing tennis, crabbing, fishing, swimming, and boating. Many families also enjoy the kids’ camp and nature programs at Night Heron Park.

Kiawah Island is about 40 minutes from historic Charleston, famous for incredible shopping, galleries, antique stores, museums, the South Carolina Aquarium, horse-drawn carriage rides, historic landmarks, and sumptuous dining.

RESERVATION PROCESS: Your reservation is not confirmed until you return the Akers Ellis Rental Agreement. This document will be sent to you via email within a few hours of making your reservation. You need to review and electronically fill out, sign, and submit the agreement within 24 hours. Once returned, Akers Ellis will collect payment and send you a reservation confirmation via email.
