Description

Take advantage of special beach gear and bike credit! This Kiawah Island vacation rental offers 3 bedrooms, an open floor plan, and a spacious back deck to soak in the gorgeous golf and lagoon views. The home is about a 3-minute bike ride or an 8-minute walk to the beach.

As you enter the home the open floor plan and tall ceilings will catch your eye. The living area boasts a mounted flat-screen TV, multiple couches, and over-sized chairs perfect for relaxing in. Enjoy many custom touches in the kitchen including granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, white cabinets, tile backsplash and everything you will need for preparing your meals during your stay. The large center island with four barstools overlooks the living area. The spacious kitchen opens to the dining area with a round table, chairs and built-in bench that seats six.

The cozy master bedroom has a king size bed, TV, and private bathroom with a nicely tiled shower with glass enclosure, 2 sinks and plenty of room to get ready in. The first guest bedroom has a king sized bed, TV, and shares a bathroom with the second guest room. The second guest room features a nautical theme with two twin beds, plus a TV. The shared bathroom has a walk-in shower and 2 sinks.

Relax on the large back deck and enjoy the views and the abundant wildlife surrounding this home. The deck offers plenty of seating with its two comfortable outdoor sofas and Adirondack chairs.

The home is equipped with washer, dryer, and high-speed wireless internet.

During your stay on Kiawah Island, be sure to enjoy biking on the 30 miles of flat bike trails, golfing one of five world-class courses, playing tennis, crabbing, fishing, swimming, and boating. Many families also enjoy the kids’ camp and nature programs at Night Heron Park.

Kiawah Island is about 40 minutes from historic Charleston, famous for incredible shopping, galleries, antique stores, museums, the South Carolina Aquarium, horse-drawn carriage rides, historic landmarks, and sumptuous dining.

Guest reservations of 3 to 21 nights come with a valuable credit to use towards beach gear rentals during your stay! The credit amount for this property is $250. You may use your credit for bicycles, beach chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, kayaks, stand-up paddleboards, and more – the choice is yours!

RESERVATION PROCESS: Your reservation is not confirmed until you return the Akers Ellis Rental Agreement. This document will be sent to you via email within a few hours of making your reservation. You need to review and electronically fill out, sign, and submit the agreement within 24 hours. Once returned, Akers Ellis will collect payment and send you a reservation confirmation via email.

The house was perfect lay out for both family gathering and privacy for those in our group. Everything was high quality and made cooking easy for a large group multiple meals a day. Host available for questions even on Sunday. Highly recommend.

Everything has been thought of and the house is immaculate. Kitchen has everything you would ever need. Layout is perfect. Beach is a short bike ride. We had deer visit every evening and loved watching the golfers out the floor to ceiling windows in the great room. We just loved this home.

Beautiful view

Loved this house! Very cozy, updated, well supplied with everything you will need in the kitchen. Beds were super comfortable, and the layout of the house is great because it is so open. Driveway is small, but we did fine with parking.

Fall Wedding Extended Weekend

I don’t want to give too good of a review because we hope to rent this home again for a destination wedding in 2022. Well decorated, comfortable, convenient to restaurants/beach/biking. Loved having my morning coffee on the quiet deck overlooking the golf course and lagoon. High ceilings with plenty of sunlight pouring into the living room and well equipped kitchen made our experience even nicer. 5 stars⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Fantastic Visit

We stayed for 5 nights, home is updated and kitchen is fully equipped. Mattresses were very comfortable and showers were especially nice with upgraded shower heads. The small issue with Xfinity cable was handled very promptly, customer service from property manager was top notch. I highly recommend this home and especially Kiowah Island. It was our first time visiting but will not be the last.

Fell in love with Kiawah

This was our family's first trip to Kiawah Island and we absolutely loved it. The 29 Greensward home was central to our great experience. The home is incredibly welcoming, beautifully decorated, and well appointed with all of your needs for a family vacation. We ate most of our meals at home because of how easy it was to cook and relax. The property is in excellent condition and just a 3 minute bike ride from the beach along one of Kiawah's many bike paths located a few yards away. We will be staying here again. Thank you for a great experience!

Perfect in every way

Highly recommend!

This rental had everything. The house is perfect, huge living area, 3 spacious bedrooms, plenty of room for the 7 of us. Kitchen has everything you need for cooking at home. Back deck is great for relaxing and hanging out. Beautiful and peaceful setting. Easy bike ride to beach.

Peaceful and Stunning

Thank you Kiawah island for a much needed true vacation. From the beautiful home, enoyable for 3 kids raning in age from 21, 18 and 12 we could not be happier with the location, the beach and the house. Extremely clean and beachy. Simple and tasteful decor. The deck was enjoyed daily and the bike rental from VayK rentals was key. It did take us a "bit" to figure out the best route to the beach via a bike-but once we did (take right out of driveway to the end of Greensward then another right ) the 5 minute bike ride was enjoyed by all! We saw deer 3 times on our route. The island is a true destination and we would choose it again and again-The wedding we attending in Charleston-although only 20 miles away took us over an hour to travel-so if you have any plans to leave the island-make sure you leave plenty of time. The laundry room and showers were exceptional. A real treat in and of themselves. The table in the kitchen was great for card playing and games. The beach was clean and the water was warm. The commnication from Akers Ellis was great and allowed us to arrive and enjoy our trip with ease. Thank you to all who make this rental a success. We decided next time around two weeks would be better than one. A repeat trip for sure!

Perfect Post Christmas Getaway

Although we have been to Kiawah many times, this was our first time staying and this property and was one of our best experiences thus far. The size and amenities of the home were perfect for our family of 4; we especially enjoyed the back deck with view of the golf course, as well as the proximity to the beach and Freshfields Village. 29 Greensward

The house is located in a wonderful neighborhood that is a short bike ride to the beach. Beautiful view of the golf course from the large deck that we thoroughly enjoyed. The house is very spacious and kitchen is well stocked. Comfortable beds and updated baths. Only complaint is that master bath shower needs to be cleaned thoroughly of mold as well as the shower door. All rugs in the house are very tired and need replacing. With these exceptions, the house is really perfect and we would absolutely stay there again.

A wonderful vacation home with Everything you need

My husband and I and 4 teenagers spent 5 nights. The house was very open, bright, inviting, meticulously clean and with everything you could possibly need. The bedrooms were bright with plenty of storage and comfy bedding. The kitchen is great with a huge island that everyone can gather around while you cook or just to have appetizers or snacks. My family and I loved the dining room table not for eating but hanging out playing games. The back deck was amazing with a view of the 15th fairway along with a lagoon filled with ducks and birds to watch. The outdoor furniture was comfortable and inviting. The kids said that I nailed it this time. We will be back.

Our Family Weekend at 29 Greensward

We had a 4 night stay in the home- it was a great experience! We were a party of 6 that love to cook, eat and hang together- the floor plan was fantastic! Kitchen was well equipped, plenty of comfy seating room and the big island was a perfect size for being together and meal prepping!
The only negatives were the master bedroom door handle kept coming off and there was no full length mirror in the home

Gorgeous property

This home was so beautiful and updated. It was luxurious and comfortable. This was our fourth year coming to Kiawah and this was the first property that had a fully stocked kitchen (ie. spices, aluminum foil, ziploc bags, containers, etc.) It made things much less stressful when cooking everyday knowing I had everything I needed to make meals for my family. Wonderful space

This was a great home for our family. There was plenty of space for family games and meals in the common area, and the bedrooms were nicely appointed. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking and the knives were even sharp! We will definitely be back to rent this lovely home again.
