This sunlit home welcomes you with tasteful pops of color, traditional-style décor, and serene marsh views through a wall of sliding glass doors. The living area has a Smart TV surrounded by accent chairs and a comfortable sofa. The home’s well-equipped kitchen offers an eat-in area and barstool seating at the center island. A formal dining area is also located in the front of the home.

The home features three relaxing bedrooms. The tranquil primary suite has a queen-sized bed, Smart TV, access to the home’s back deck, and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower and tub. Two additional bedrooms, one with a queen-sized bed and one with two twin beds, share a bathroom with a shower/tub combo. A secondary living area offers a queen sleeper sofa.

Enjoy a quintessential Lowcountry setting when you step out to the home’s screened porch and back deck. Admire the peaceful marsh view from the screened porch, where you'll find two cozy outdoor sofas and two swivel chairs beckoning you to relax. Guest reservations of 3 to 21 nights come with a valuable credit to use towards beach gear rentals during your stay! The credit amount for this property is $250. You may use your credit for bicycles, beach chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, kayaks, stand-up paddleboards, and more – the choice is yours!

During your stay on Kiawah Island, be sure to enjoy biking on the 30 miles of flat bike trails, golfing on one of five world-class courses, playing tennis, crabbing, fishing, swimming, and boating. Many families also enjoy the kids’ camp and nature programs at Night Heron Park.

Kiawah Island is about 40 minutes from historic Charleston, famous for incredible shopping, galleries, antique stores, museums, the South Carolina Aquarium, horse-drawn carriage rides, historic landmarks, and sumptuous dining.

RESERVATION PROCESS: Your reservation is not confirmed until you return the Akers Ellis Rental Agreement. This document will be sent to you via email within a few hours of making your reservation. You need to review and electronically fill out, sign, and submit the agreement within 24 hours. Once returned, Akers Ellis will collect payment and send you a reservation confirmation via email.
