Description

Take advantage of special beach gear and bike credit! This Kiawah Island vacation rental features three bedrooms, two bathrooms and has access to the community dock and seasonal pool. The cottage is about a 5-minute walk to Kiawah's beautiful beach.

Featuring hardwood floors throughout, the cottage offers an open floor plan, plenty of natural light, and a coastal design theme. The living area features a cozy queen-sized sleeper sofa, a large mounted flat screen TV, and access to more seating in the light filled space. The dining area offers seating for six and is a great place to enjoy a meal as a family. There is also a wet bar available for guests to enjoy. The kitchen showcases ample counter space, updated appliances, an eat-in table for four, and everything needed to cook a meal while on vacation.

The master suite features a king bed, TV, private updated bathroom with walk-in shower, and easy access to the back deck. There are two additional bedrooms, with full and full trundle beds, that share an updated hall bathroom with shower/tub combo.

The cottage is equipped with washer, dryer, and high-speed wireless internet.

Guests have access to the Inlet Cove community swimming pool and dock. The pool is unheated and open seasonally.

During your stay on Kiawah Island, be sure to enjoy biking on the 30 miles of flat bike trails, golfing on one of five world-class courses, playing tennis, crabbing, fishing, swimming, and boating. Many families also enjoy the kids’ camp and nature programs at Night Heron Park.

Kiawah Island is about 40 minutes from historic Charleston, famous for incredible shopping, galleries, antique stores, museums, the South Carolina Aquarium, horse-drawn carriage rides, historic landmarks, and sumptuous dining.

Guest reservations of 3 to 21 nights come with a valuable credit to use towards beach gear rentals during your stay! The credit amount for this property is $250. You may use your credit for bicycles, beach chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, kayaks, stand-up paddleboards, and more – the choice is yours! Launch your water equipment right from the community dock!

RESERVATION PROCESS: Your reservation is not confirmed until you return the Akers Ellis Rental Agreement. This document will be sent to you via email within a few hours of making your reservation. You need to review and electronically fill out, sign, and submit the agreement within 24 hours. Once returned, Akers Ellis will collect payment and send you a reservation confirmation via email.

31 Inlet Cove is a beautiful cottage. The kitchen was very well equipped and the 3-BR unit had all the amenities of home and more. A short10 minute walk or less to the beautiful beach. The realty company pre-, during and post-stay was exceptionally responsive. Strongly recommend this unit and realty company. We look forward to future visits!!

Beautiful weekend stay!

What a beautiful spot for our first weekend trip to Kiawah! We loved everything about this property for our family of five. Great location and the cutest little neighborhood. We would definitely book again.

Kiawah Escape!

AER provided all the easy access required for a safe and unstressful vacation success. Prompt responses, property exceeded our expectations. Absolutely enjoyed the near by private dock both for kayaking and romantic star gazing.

Beautiful home!

This house is beautiful! Perfect house for us, a family of 8! Beds were very comfortable. Bath towels available. Kitchen if fully stocked with utensils, dishes, and pots/pans. Only thing is that the can opener doesn’t work. This house is on the street before security guard station. Public beach is the closest to this house, bike ride or walk there. We drove to the beach located at boardwalk 5, where is more private, less crowded than the public beach.
