The fully equipped kitchen features gorgeous white cabinetry, a newly updated refrigeration system, and ample counter space. The dining area is the perfect spot to entertain with its close proximity to the kitchen area. Enjoy ocean views and plenty of seating for your whole party!

The private, primary bedroom offers a king-sized bed, a flat-screen TV, ocean views, ample closet space, and a private, primary bathroom. The primary bathroom is equipped with a stunning double sink vanity and a glass, walk-in shower.

The secondary bedroom features a king-sized bed, a flat-screen TV, and a secondary bathroom with another glass, walk-in shower that is also accessible from the hall.

The third bedroom is perfect for kids as it offers 2 twin-sized beds, a flat-screen TV, and a third full bathroom. This full bathroom is equipped with a shower and bathtub combination.

With ocean views, the deck is the perfect spot for lounging or enjoying the coastal breeze!

The villa is equipped with a washer, dryer, and high-speed wireless internet.

Please note that this property has an exterior security camera that views the home's front and rear entrances. This camera serves to protect both the property owner and rental guests.

Guest reservations of 3 to 21 nights come with a valuable credit to use towards beach gear rentals during your stay! The credit amount for this property is $250. You may use your credit for bicycles, beach chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, and more – the choice is yours!

During your stay on Kiawah Island, be sure to enjoy biking on the 30 miles of flat bike trails, golfing on one of five world-class courses, playing tennis, crabbing, fishing, swimming, and boating. Many families also enjoy the kids’ camp and nature programs at Night Heron Park.

Kiawah Island is about 40 minutes from historic Charleston, famous for incredible shopping, galleries, antique stores, museums, the South Carolina Aquarium, horse-drawn carriage rides, historic landmarks, and sumptuous dining.

RESERVATION PROCESS: Your reservation is not confirmed until you return the Akers Ellis Rental Agreement. This document will be sent to you via email within a few hours of making your reservation. You need to review and electronically fill out, sign, and submit the agreement within 24 hours. Once returned, Akers Ellis will collect payment and send you a reservation confirmation via email.

Gorgeous location - 5 minutes from the beach! Beautiful decor and super clean and as good as the pictures. We had a wonderful Thanksgiving family celebration week at this lovely home. Thank you so much! We would love to stay here again.
