The open main space combines the living, dining, and kitchen areas and immediate access to the outdoors. Lined by a wall of over-sized windows and sliding doors to the back deck, the entire space showcases a beautiful view of Night Heron Park and the natural beauty that surrounds Kiawah Island. The recently updated coastal-themed living room features seating for the whole family, a flat-screen TV, and wine bar for entertaining. The fully equipped kitchen features granite countertops, gourmet appliances and everything needed to prepare a meal while on vacation. The comfortable dining area offers seating for six with easy access to an expansive screened porch and deck area.

The spacious master suite features a king bed, flat screen TV, his and her closets and a luxurious private bathroom with walk-in shower. The second beach-themed bedroom offers a queen bed, flat screen TV, and updated bathroom with a shower/tub combination. The newly redecorated third bedroom offers a twin over full bunk bed, full trundle, large mounted TV, X-box gaming system, and private bathroom with a shower/tub combination.

The villa’s ample outdoor space is accessible from the main living area and provides gorgeous views of Kiawah’s trademark live oak trees. While the screened porch offers sectional seating for 5, the additional back deck includes Adirondack chairs and a bistro table, providing multiple options for a relaxing cup of coffee or glass of wine. This villa is the perfect retreat for relaxing and enjoying all of the natural beauty that surrounds Kiawah!

The villa is equipped with washer, dryer, and high-speed wireless internet.

Please note that this property has exterior security cameras that view the home's front entrance and rear deck. These cameras serve to protect both the property owner and rental guests.

During your stay on Kiawah, be sure to enjoy biking on the 30 miles of flat bike trails, golf on one of five world class golf courses, playing tennis, crabbing, fishing, swimming, boating, kids’ camp and nature programs at Night Heron Park.

Kiawah Island is about 40 minutes from historic Charleston, famous for incredible shopping, galleries, antique stores, museums, the South Carolina Aquarium, horse-drawn carriage rides, historic landmarks, and sumptuous dining.

Guest reservations of 3 to 21 nights come with a valuable credit to use towards beach gear rentals during your stay! The credit amount for this property is $250. You may use your credit for bicycles, beach chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, and more – the choice is yours!

RESERVATION PROCESS: Your reservation is not confirmed until you return the Akers Ellis Rental Agreement. This document will be sent to you via email within a few hours of making your reservation. You need to review and electronically fill out, sign, and submit the agreement within 24 hours. Once returned, Akers Ellis will collect payment and send you a reservation confirmation via email.

Very centrally located villa with easy access to all Kiawah has to offer--easy walk to Night Heron and Sanctuary and quick bike ride to beach. Well laid out 3-bedroom with plenty of room for a family of five. Screened porch a great addition.

Great rental for our family of 5!! It was extremely clean and it had everything that we needed for a relaxing beach/golf spring break. I liked that there was starter soap/cleaning products/paper products. The kitchen is well-stocked and organized and the beds were comfortable. The condo’s location right next to Night Heron Park was ideal for our elementary/middle school children who enjoyed meeting up with other kids in the afternoon for soccer/basketball and other organized kid’s activities. On the flip side, the music from park/family events in the afternoons (until 8PM) could be very loud. So the park location could be a pro or a con depending on your family’s interests. My kids had an absolute blast at the events/meeting up with other kids and it was nice knowing that they could have some independence in a safe environment. The condo is a pleasant 3 minute bike ride on a shaded path over a bridge to the beach and we were glad that we rented bikes with the condo - that was a great amenity. We can’t wait to return to Kiawah and we would absolutely rent this cute condo again. I’d give the cleaning staff 10/10.

Great place to stay w family or friends. Nice location to park, beach and recreation. Enjoyed the deck and screened porch. Quiet and family friendly. Easy check-in and checkout process. Would highly recommend. Kiawah island is gorgeous.

Kiawah is such a beautiful place and this home was jsut great for what we wanted. We cooked a bit in the kitchen and got takeout a few times, but it had everything that we needed. I wish we could have stayed longer

Relaxing Kiawah Days

The Parkside Villa was great and we certainly enjoyed our stay. Furnishings are beautiful and the kitchen has everything needed. However, there are a few things needing attention. I come from being a 23 year Kiawah owner and realize unexpected things do happen when you are renting. First, there were a number of dirty pans in the kitchen. Looked like they just weren't washed before being put away. Also, there were tiny sugar ants in the kitchen. Seemed to come from around the door to the porch. We dealt with these for many years in our place. Then two of the toilets need some adjusting. With both the master and the blue bedroom toilets the handle had to be held down for them to flush and the blue bedroom one often needed a jiggle of the handle. But the most inconvenient and disconcerting item was the TV in the living room. Certainly not user friendly, even with the page of instructions. Wondering if some things have changed since this was printed. We never found the Panthers game live on Thursday night. My son tried to help over the phone since he has several of these apps on his home TV and no cable. No luck. He joined us on Friday for the weekend and he, too, had no luck finding the games we wanted to watch. I didn't try the bedroom TV's because we didn't want to sit in there to watch the game. Although we really liked this villa we would look for another one next time because of the TV situation. Picky - maybe. But we are avid sports fans and had no idea we couldn't get the games.

A perfect family retreat

Everything from booking to the condo to checking in and out was amazing. We highly recommend it for your family! Make sure you use the beach gear/bike credit and book your rentals before you arrive, so you can use them the entire length of your stay. Kiawah is a haven, and we can't wait to come back!

Overall a Good Stay

We loved the location of this property and the screened in porch was fantastic! The dryer took FOREVER to dry clothes, but other than that things were in working order. The kitchen was very well stocked and had everything we needed. We loved being just a short bike or walk away from the beach!
