Description

Take advantage of special beach gear and bike credit! This updated Kiawah Island vacation rental offers two bedrooms and bathrooms, a spacious screened porch, and deck with a view of the park. The second-floor Parkside villa is just a 5-minute walk or quick bike ride to the beach.

The coastal inspired living area features a sleeper sofa, loveseat, 2 chairs, a large flat-screen TV as well as access to the deck and screened porch. The dining area offers a table and six chairs, perfect for family meals on vacation. The fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances, white subway tiles, two-tone cabinets, and has easy access to the main living space. Down a short hall are two bedrooms. The master suite offers a king bed, TV, and private bathroom. The second bedroom features a twin over queen bunk bed, TV and private entry to the hall bathroom.

The lovely screened porch offers a comfortable sectional sofa and the open air deck features two lounge chairs. Both are great for soaking in the Kiawah breeze and views.

The villa is equipped with washer, dryer, and high-speed wireless internet.

Guest reservations of 3 to 21 nights come with a valuable credit to use towards beach gear rentals during your stay! The credit amount for this property is $250. You may use your credit for bicycles, beach chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, and more – the choice is yours!

During your stay on Kiawah Island, be sure to enjoy biking on the 30 miles of flat bike trails, golfing on one of five world-class courses, playing tennis, crabbing, fishing, swimming, and boating. Many families also enjoy the kids’ camp and nature programs at Night Heron Park.

Kiawah Island is about 40 minutes from historic Charleston, famous for incredible shopping, galleries, antique stores, museums, the South Carolina Aquarium, horse-drawn carriage rides, historic landmarks, and sumptuous dining.

RESERVATION PROCESS: Your reservation is not confirmed until you return the Akers Ellis Rental Agreement. This document will be sent to you via email within a few hours of making your reservation. You need to review and electronically fill out, sign, and submit the agreement within 24 hours. Once returned, Akers Ellis will collect payment and send you a reservation confirmation via email.

This condo is very nice, clean and comfortable. The location was fantastic and only a short bike ride to the beach with basically a straight path through condos to get there. The beds were very comfortable and we really enjoyed having the screened in porch and an outside deck.

Very nice remodeled villa, perfect for family fun with great beach access. The nature lover will not be disappointed, my 3year old daughter loved seeing the deer so close to the beach in this nature paradise. Highly recommend to anyone looking for best of both worlds, the beach and nature!

Loved the location. Perfect for riding bikes everywhere. 5 min to beach. Kids played next door at Night Heron Park. Beautifully update decor and sleeper sofa for son’s friend to sleep on. I can’t wait to come back and lease again!

We stayed in this villa for a much needed Spring vacation. It was important to me that the villa be comfortable and fun. When you opened the doors the Villa was bright and very open, loved the tall ceilings that a 2nd floor unit brings. It had a king size bed with an awesome mattress, a very well stocked kitchen with many sizes of pans, utensils and serving ware. The furniture was comfortable and in excellent condition. The upper deck was a great place to watch our children utilize the open field directly behind the Villa. The walk to the beach was a easy 5 minutes, the Village market was also a easy walk. We look forward to a return and would stay here again. Highly recommend!

Beautiful updated villa located right at Night Heron Park. Incredibly easy walk to the beach and walking distance to East Beach Market. The kitchen is newly updated and well stocked. We would absolutely stay here again.

Great location

This was our 2nd stay at 4550 Parkside, both times for a month. It is a clean, well-furnished condo. We enjoyed the comfortable furniture on the screened-in porch. The only negative in the kitchen is the condition of the non-stick pans. Other pans are good. The location is very convenient to the beach, the nature center.

Wonderful Getaway

This was a great spot for a getaway! The unit is beautifully decorated and located near the bike path. The soccer field (with Night Heron Park just beyond the field) is about 30 steps behind the property. The beach is a 6-7 minute walk away or about a 2 minute bike ride. We would definitely stay here again! It was cozy and inviting, and Akers Ellis is great to work with!

Another great trip to Kiawah

Different combinations of our family have been coming to Kiawah for 35+ years. This year it was just my wife and me. 4550 Parkside turned out to be a perfect unit for us. Its pluses are fresh and cheery decor; well equipped; comfortable bed; and great location with easy beach access. The rental process with Akers Ellis could not have been smoother.

Enjoyable Stay

4550 Parkside is comfortable, clean and nicely updated. King bed was very comfortable, as was the livingroom furniture. In the kitchen, the teflon skillets and teflon utensils had flaking issues, but there were a couple stainless pans that were nice. Overall, good.
