Take advantage of special beach gear and bike credit! This fabulously renovated one-bedroom Kiawah Island vacation rental features a professionally designed interior and expansive lagoon views. The second-floor villa is about a 10-minute walk to the beach and walking distance to the Sanctuary.

Showcasing beautiful views of the lagoon from nearly every corner, the villa's open living areas are sure to please. The light and bright living room features a vaulted ceiling and has comfortable seating, colorful decor, a flat-screen TV, and access to the screened porch. Just past the living room, you will find the dining area with seating for four and unencumbered lagoon views. The completely renovated kitchen is not only gorgeous but is fully equipped with everything you will need to prepare your vacation meals. Along with quartz countertops, the all-new kitchen features white custom cabinets, a beautiful tile backsplash, stainless steel appliances, and plenty of counter space.

The light-filled master bedroom features a king-sized bed, TV, and an en suite bathroom with a spacious tiled walk-in shower. Additional sleeping space for two can be found in the living room, which has a comfortable queen sleeper sofa.

Relax and enjoy the unobstructed lagoon views from the expansive screened porch, which offers two swivel chairs and accent tables. This porch is the perfect area to curl up with a book, sip an evening cocktail, or simply watch Kiawah's natural wildlife in all its splendor.

The villa is equipped with washer, dryer, and high-speed wireless internet.

During your stay on Kiawah Island, be sure to enjoy biking on the 30 miles of flat bike trails, golfing on one of five world-class courses, playing tennis, crabbing, fishing, swimming, and boating. Many families also enjoy the kids’ camp and nature programs at Night Heron Park.

Kiawah Island is about 40 minutes from historic Charleston, famous for incredible shopping, galleries, antique stores, museums, the South Carolina Aquarium, horse-drawn carriage rides, historic landmarks, and sumptuous dining.

Guest reservations of 3 to 21 nights come with a valuable credit to use towards beach gear rentals during your stay! The credit amount for this property is $150. You may use your credit for bicycles, beach chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, and more – the choice is yours!

RESERVATION PROCESS: Your reservation is not confirmed until you return the Akers Ellis Rental Agreement. This document will be sent to you via email within a few hours of making your reservation. You need to review and electronically fill out, sign, and submit the agreement within 24 hours. Once returned, Akers Ellis will collect payment and send you a reservation confirmation via email.

We have rented multiple times from you over the past years. This was a downsize to villa from usual private home, and we were so happy with the not so downsized amenities!! Very thoughtful decor, location of bedside extension cords, etc. The outstanding nature of the kitchen - from convection oven to every conceivable cooking utensil, quality knives and cookware. We come to Kiawah for the fresh fish and local produce, just as much as we come for the quiet beach. Kudos to the wonders of this unit!!

Gorgeous Condo @ Kiawah

Wow! This space is as beautiful (if not more so) than the photos. All of the furnishing are high quality and looked like brand new. Loved the lables on the shelves in the kitchen. Whoever designed this new exactly what they were doing. Akers Ellis was wonderful to work with. So professional and always responded quickly whenever I had questions leading up to our trip. We ended up arriving early and they were able to give us access to the condo earlier that planned which was so helpful. We loved sitting on the screened in porch to have our coffee in the mornings. Only saw the alligator one time though. We would definitely rent this condo again. It did not dissapoint!

Beach week getaway

This Villa, was close to beach and Night Heron, was a short walk to the Sanctuary and East Beach Market, and had lovely lagoon views. It is perfect for a romantic getaway! Loved eating at all of the Kiawah Islands restaurants especially Cherrywood at Osprey Point! Property description was accurate. The only negative was palmettos in the bedroom which we are sure has been resolved! We love Kiawah and AE! This is the sixteenth year we visited KI!

Gorgeous Rental with Everything You Neex

This condo is stunning! It was the perfect size for my son and me. Upon arrival, the toilet would not work; a big problem when you’ve just come from a 10 hr road trip. Maintenance arrived quickly but could not fix the problem. Roto-Rooter had to be called and we were initially told it would be late before he could arrive. Again, major problem when it’s the only toilet. Thankfully, he arrived earlier than expected. The culprit was a bar of soap that had been flushed. This unit has everything you need from high end cutlery and dishes to well thought out extension cables for charging phones next to the bed. I appreciated the laundry detergent provided! The view of the pond and use of the back porch was fabulous. The massive cockroaches inside the condo are a problem. We killed 4! The condo was very clean and well organized. The lock box was a struggle as we couldn’t get the cover to latch back on. Loved all the games provided and the bed was super cozy! We would highly recommend staying here!!

The television in the living room was difficult to turn on requiring to turn on, then turn off, and then turn on again to see a channel. Sometimes it did not turn on at all requiring I unplug the TV and then plug it in again. Additionally there were too many cockroaches came into the villa, about half a dozen that I had to kill.
