Nestled in Kiawah's East Beach area, this first-floor Tennis Club villa is conveniently located next to Roy Barth Tennis Center, Turtle Point Golf Course, and The Sanctuary.

An open floor plan allows for easy flow between the living space, dining area, and kitchen. The living area features plenty of comfortable seating, a flat-screen TV, and access to the screened porch. The renovated kitchen has a large island with bar stool seating, stainless steel appliances, and tile backsplash, all accentuated by neutral tones and stylish light fixtures.

The villa's primary bedroom is a peaceful retreat with a king-sized bed, private bathroom, and entry to the screened porch. The second bedroom has two double beds and a private bathroom.

Enjoy the coastal breezes, watch the tennis matches from afar, or curl up with a good book on the villa's relaxing screened porch.

The villa is equipped with washer, dryer, and high-speed wireless internet. For your convenience, this villa has a traditional cable package, giving guests the ability to watch live TV.

Please note that this property has an exterior security camera that views the villa's front entrance. This camera serves to protect both the property owner and rental guests.

During your stay on Kiawah Island, be sure to enjoy biking on the 30 miles of flat bike trails, golfing on one of five world-class courses, playing tennis, crabbing, fishing, swimming, and boating. Many families also enjoy the kids’ camp and nature programs at Night Heron Park.

Kiawah Island is about 40 minutes from historic Charleston, famous for incredible shopping, galleries, antique stores, museums, the South Carolina Aquarium, horse-drawn carriage rides, historic landmarks, and sumptuous dining.

Guest reservations of 3 to 21 nights come with a valuable credit to use towards beach gear rentals during your stay! The credit amount for this property is $250. You may use your credit for bicycles, beach chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, and more – the choice is yours!

RESERVATION PROCESS: Your reservation is not confirmed until you return the Akers Ellis Rental Agreement. This document will be sent to you via email within a few hours of making your reservation. You need to review and electronically fill out, sign, and submit the agreement within 24 hours. Once returned, Akers Ellis will collect payment and send you a reservation confirmation via email.

This property was fully stocked and beautifully decorated. The bag of coffee was such a nice touch especially since we checked in late and didn’t have coffee for the morning. The porch lights were inviting as well as the comfortable furniture. Thank you for a relaxing and lovely stay.
