Description

Take advantage of special beach gear and bike credit! This Kiawah Island vacation rental features 3 bedrooms and bathrooms, an open living space, and a screened porch with golf and lagoon views. The villa is about a 5-minute walk to the beach.

This Turtle Point Villa greets you with abundant natural light and coastal-inspired furnishings. The kitchen features an elevated bar with seating, white cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, and plenty of counter space to prepare your vacation meals. The dining area off the kitchen boasts a wall of windows and a table with seating for six. The living room offers a couch, plenty of seating, flat-screen TV, and access to the back deck.

Ascend the stairs off the living room to escape to the master suite, complete with golf and lagoon views from the private balcony, king bed, flat-screen TV and updated bathroom with double sinks, separate bathtub and shower. Back on the main level are two additional bedrooms and bathrooms. One bedroom has a queen bed, a TV and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower. The third bedroom offers two twin beds, a TV, and access to a hall bathroom with a shower/tub combo.

The cozy screened porch has comfortable seating, string lighting and a ring-toss game that is fun for all ages. The villa also boasts a back deck with gorgeous views and a table and 2 chairs.

The villa is equipped with washer, dryer, and high-speed wireless internet. All of the televisions offer YouTube TV for guest enjoyment.

During your stay on Kiawah Island, be sure to enjoy biking on the 30 miles of flat bike trails, golfing on one of five world-class courses, playing tennis, crabbing, fishing, swimming, and boating. Many families also enjoy the kids’ camp and nature programs at Night Heron Park.

Kiawah Island is about 40 minutes from historic Charleston, famous for incredible shopping, galleries, antique stores, museums, the South Carolina Aquarium, horse-drawn carriage rides, historic landmarks, and sumptuous dining.

Guest reservations of 3 to 21 nights come with a valuable credit to use towards beach gear rentals during your stay! The credit amount for this property is $250. You may use your credit for bicycles, beach chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, and more – the choice is yours!

RESERVATION PROCESS: Your reservation is not confirmed until you return the Akers Ellis Rental Agreement. This document will be sent to you via email within a few hours of making your reservation. You need to review and electronically fill out, sign, and submit the agreement within 24 hours. Once returned, Akers Ellis will collect payment and send you a reservation confirmation via email.

Great condo, nice view, good location. We enjoyed the entire week and will put this unit 2922 on our list of preferred rentals on Kiawah. If only we could figure out the television. Actually that’s ok cause we read more books and played more games together. Thanks!

We were very pleased! We've stayed through Kiawah Island Resort and other rental companies, but our experience with Akers Ellis was fantastic. A well-stocked property that was immaculate. Great communication via text and email. We definitely plan to rent through Akers Ellis again.

no complaints here. great place to stay for a few nights. screened porch is very inviting with lights, comfortable furniture, view and even a ring toss game. bedroom configuration worked perfectly for my group. customer service was top-notch.

Fall Vacation 2021

4th year to Kiawah and the island is beautiful. Loved the community, bikes were a plus. The rental was beautiful but in much need of better cleaning. I cleaned the screened in porch area, that was very convenient and comfortable. Porches has been overlooked for sure. Safe to say it was definitely cleaner when we left.

Perfect Place!

We absolutely loved this villa! It is nicely decorated and has everything needed for a comfortable stay. The view is truly the best - we saw alligators all day everyday! We definitely want to come back!

Great place!

This villa was great! Great furnishings inside, awesome location, and the best part was sitting on the screen porch and porch watching golfers, birds, and alligators. We rented bikes and the beach access was a very short bike ride away. We would definitely stay here again. Only negative was a small amount of dog hair on the floors from previous tenants, other than that, the place was spotless!

Great Getaway!

Quiet Getaway!

We had a great experience here at the home at Turtle Point. Everything was ready when we arrived and the home was truly exceptional. The house was very clean and appeared to be updated very recently. Wonderful Trip!

This was our first time in Kiawah. We had a great time and plan to return in the future. Our 3 yr old and 5 yr old loved biking on the trails, spotting the alligators in the pond behind the condo, and playing on the beach. This was a truly enjoyable and relaxing vacation!
