Take advantage of special beach gear and bike credit! This Kiawah Island vacation rental is a beautifully renovated Turtle Point Villa that overlooks the 17th tee and fairway of the Turtle Point Golf Course. The villa is just a 3-minute walk to the beach.

The living area with beautiful wood floors offers plenty of seating including a queen sleeper sofa where you and your family and friends can relax and enjoy the wall mounted flat screen TV with DVD player and the great golf views. Step out through the sliding glass doors onto the back deck with steps that lead down to the greens. The living area opens to the dining area with a table and seating for six where you can enjoy your meals while watching the golfers as they go by. French doors lead from the dining area into the sunroom with cozy seating and golf course views.

The upscale kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and 2 bar stools is fully stocked with everything you will need to prepare your meals during your stay.

The master bedroom is beautifully decorated with white furniture including a king-size bed, bed side tables, a large dresser with mirror, and a flat screen TV. The master bedroom also has golf views and sliding glass doors leading to a small balcony. The private master bathroom has been newly painted and offers a tub/shower combo with glass door and a spacious vanity area with double sinks. The second bedroom has two twin beds with beautiful new bedding and a private bathroom with a single sink, large vanity area and a spacious tiled shower with glass door.

This villa comes with a washer and dryer and wireless high-speed internet access for our guests.

Guest reservations of 3 to 21 nights come with a valuable credit to use towards beach gear rentals during your stay! The credit amount for this property is $250. You may use your credit for bicycles, beach chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, and more – the choice is yours!

During your stay on Kiawah Island, be sure to enjoy biking on the 30 miles of flat bike trails, golfing on one of five world-class courses, playing tennis, crabbing, fishing, swimming, boating, Many families also enjoy the kids’ camp and nature programs at Night Heron Park.

Kiawah Island is about 40 minutes from historic Charleston famous for incredible shopping, galleries, antique stores, museums, the South Carolina aquarium, horse drawn carriage rides, historic landmarks and sumptuous dining.

RESERVATION PROCESS: Your reservation is not confirmed until you return the Akers Ellis Rental Agreement. This document will be sent to you via email within a few hours of making your reservation. You need to review and electronically fill out, sign, and submit the agreement within 24 hours. Once returned, Akers Ellis will collect payment and send you a reservation confirmation via email.

We stayed just 3 nights in this villa. The location was really nice. The villa was furnished quite nicely, the kitchen had all we needed and we really enjoyed the little reading area off of the dining area. Also, the patio was a perfect place for morning coffee. We had an issue with the locking mechanism on the patio door but it was repaired quickly once we contacted the staff at Akers Ellis. The only negative I would say is that we are light sleepers and we could definitely hear our upstairs neighbors. Fortunately, they were like us with younger kids and kept similar hours.

Great Stay in Paradise

The place was very clean upon arrival and was much larger than what you see in the pictures. It was perfect for our thanksgiving getaway and the view of the golf course made us feel right at home. Location was great as it was a short bike ride to the park for my kids and it was right near Town Center and literally right next to the sanctuary where we enjoyed the lighting of the Christmas tree! Great place overall!!!

Relaxing Getaway

Great location for a long weekend getaway. Relaxing back porch surround by trees overlooking a golf hole. Super convenient walk to the beach, Sanctuary hotel, and Market Town Center.

Most time spent in the condo was on the back porch or in the sun room reading. TV in living room was nice and big. Kitchen was well equipped. Beds were comfortable. Bathrooms were spacious. Excited to come back. Would definitely book 4996 again.

Loved the house!

Was perfect for a week away working from home for two but also great for 4 people vacationing as we had friends stay with us on our last night. House was very clean and extremely well equipped with everything we needed from fast wifi to laundry pods and kitchen supplies. House is steps from the beach and the beautiful Sanctuary hotel - we didn't move our car for days. We loved walking around the various trails on the island and ponds as well. Communication with Akers Ellis was wonderful - had a couple of questions before and during our stay and they were extremely friendly and responsive. Our ONLY complaint was that the glass door to access the patio took a lot of strength to open but we would absolutely stay here again and recommend friends to rent through Akers Ellis. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay!

Fifth stay here

Our family returned for our fifth stay in this villa and had a wonderful time on Kiawah. The management team is always responsive, from reservation through our stay. Great Place to Stay at Kiawah

We stayed at 4996 Turtle Point for Memorial Day weekend and were very pleased with this rental. It was immaculately clean when we arrived, and it was very spacious for a two-bedroom villa. It was a very convenient location as well. It was probably a 5 minute walk to the beach and to the Sanctuary Hotel. Kiawah never disappoints, and this rental made our stay very comfortable.

Great Location and Accomodations

A beautifully appointed Villa near the beach. Well outfitted with lot's of kitchen and home items to make living easy. Comfortable beds and very nice bathrooms with large showers. The master bedroom floor is a bit warped and so the closet door is hard to open.

How to spend the 4th of July at Kiawah

Glad We Chose Akers Ellis

We rent villas at Kiawah since 20 years. After becoming members of the Oak Point Golf Course we don't need the accommodation through the Kiawah Golf Resort anymore to use the specific amenities and the reduced Golf Rates. We love Kiawah

Great Vacation

Lovely, Comfortable Villa

We were absolutely delighted with the Villa! This was not our first choice as we booked quite late so we were delighted that it was such a lovely clean and comfortable villa in a very quiet spot so close to the beach. Wonderful stay, hope to return next year

We had a wonderful stay at the 4996 Turtle Point Villa. The only issue we had was the Wifi. Inside the villa, we had spotty coverage, but when we went outside the villa, it would pick up. Everything else was great, and we hope to return again next year.

Perfect and relaxing

Great getaway

We enjoyed our stay. Great location. Peaceful. Quiet. Clean. Beach is within a 3 minute walk. Only downside is wireless Internet was not accessible and was not possible to correct during our stay. Don't choose this unit if you need Internet access. Otherwise perfect.

4996 Turtle Point-Great Villa

We have stayed at Turtle Point 11 times. We found this villa to be nicely decorated and well maintained. The location was close to the beach and bike paths. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would book this villa again and would recommend it to others.

What a great place!

This villa was updated and beautifully decorated and furnished. The location is perfect, just a quick walk to the beach. We cooked in the very nice kitchen almost daily and found just about everything that we needed there. It would be helpful if beach towels and chairs were provided so guests would not have to purchase them. We fly and can only fit so much in our suitcase.

Great place!

This was a great condo, good location, clean, and well decorated. Two negatives the shower/bath in the master was hard to get in and out of and the wifi would not pick up in the condo. I would recommend this condo to a friend!

Kiawah Condo Rental - 4996

We attended the wedding of the daughter of our friends who live on Kiawah Island. They recommended Akers Ellis and we are very glad they did. The 2 bedroom condo was convinent, quite larege, efficiently laid out and very comfortable. The only negative was a short power failure between 3:00am and 4:00am during a thunderstorm on our first night. The repairs were made quickly. I would definitely consider coming back again in the future.

Our September return to lovely Kiawah.

This was our 7th time renting on Kiawah and this villa was the nicest one through the years. Updated kitchen, fully stocked with everything you would ever need. All furnishings very nice, comfortable beds, nice deck chairs and table, even a "boogie board" on deck. Location great - close beach access and beach just a few minutes away. One problem was the design of the master soaking tub/shower combo. The glass door doesn't line up with the step up and down into the great tub. Very difficult to get in and out, especially for seniors. Other than that it was a great week and we'd rent that unit again.

Would love to see the sunroom be utilized better then an outdoor patio table. It is a very warm and inviting room. An outdoor gas grill would be nice too. Everything else was perfect!!

The sunroom will be under going a renovation here very soon, as the owners agree that it could be utilized much better. And as to a grill, the villa complexes do not allow grilling due to fire hazzard, so sorry about that. Thank you again and we hope you can make it back to the villa in the future!

Kiawah 2011

The only thing I would do is change out the shower heads in both bathrooms. The week we spent there was a great week and the location is very hard to beat.

Great place. Better than the pictures! Great location. The master shower is a little difficult to get in and out of. I wouldn't recommend an elderly person use that shower. However there is another shower. We loved this place and will be back!

Thank you so much for your comments about this villa. The master shower is a bath tub and shower combination with a door, therefore would be a little tricky for some people to get in and out of easily. But you are correct, the guest bathroom has a stall shower, which would be much easier for someone, should they need that ease. We are so glad you enjoyed everything in the villa!
