Please be aware of ongoing construction in this building from early January to early March. The elevator will be temporarily out of service in early January, and exterior work on the stucco and main entrance will occur, resulting in higher noise levels and visible activity. Current rates are reflective of this project. While this construction is beyond our control, we feel it is important to disclose this information.

Take advantage of special beach gear and bike credit! This Kiawah Island oceanfront vacation rental is a first-floor Windswept Villa with 3 bedrooms, multiple balconies, gorgeous views of the ocean, and convenient beach access.

The main living space allows seamless flow between the kitchen, dining and living areas. The fully equipped kitchen features granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. An elevated bar with a spacious opening connects the kitchen and dining area, allowing for easy meal preparation and entertaining. The living room offers a wall-mounted flat-screen TV, comfortable sofa and three chairs, wet bar, and access to a large covered deck with a table and seating for 6. An additional balcony, shared with the junior master, is accessible from the living room.

The junior master suite is located off of the living area and has a king bed, balcony with two chaise lounges, flat-screen TV and DVD player, and bathroom with shower/tub combination. This bathroom is also accessible from the hallway. The master suite is located down the hall and boasts a king bed, private covered balcony with two chairs, flat-screen TV, and bathroom with double sinks and separate bathtub and shower. The third bedroom is near the villa’s entry and offers a twin-over-full bunk bed, twin bed, and private bathroom with shower/tub combination.

The villa is equipped with washer, dryer, and high-speed wireless internet.

Guest reservations of 3 to 21 nights come with a valuable credit to use towards beach gear rentals during your stay! The credit amount for this property is $250. You may use your credit for bicycles, beach chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, and more – the choice is yours!

During your stay on Kiawah Island, be sure to enjoy biking on the 30 miles of flat bike trails, golf on one of five world class golf courses, playing tennis, crabbing, fishing, swimming, boating, kids’ camp and nature programs at Night Heron Park.

Kiawah Island is about 40 minutes from historic Charleston where you can enjoy incredible shopping, galleries, antique stores, museums, South Carolina aquarium, IMAX Theater, horse drawn carriage rides, and sumptuous dining at many of the fine dining establishments in the city.

RESERVATION PROCESS: Your reservation is not confirmed until you return the Akers Ellis Rental Agreement. This document will be sent to you via email within a few hours of making your reservation. You need to review and electronically fill out, sign, and submit the agreement within 24 hours. Once returned, Akers Ellis will collect payment and send you a reservation confirmation via email.

We enjoyed the location of this well kept condo. All the balconies have a beautiful beachfront view. The distance to the beach is perfect for taking little ones back and forth to the beach. We had ample linens and supplies for the stay. The gear discount we received was perfect and the company was very helpful and responsive when we couldn't find our bikes. This villa is one of the best we have stayed in.

We were very happy with this windswept villa! We loved the easy access to beach, Sanctuary, tennis courts and Night Heron Park. And even though it was a busy July 4th week and there was a lot going on, the condo provided a lovely respite from all the activity outside. It was fun to sit on the porch for breakfast and watch the beach goers come and go. The kitchen, though small, was perfectly appointed for the occasions that we wanted to dine in. Our four grown(ish) children and two friends stayed with us, and the place still felt comfortable and spacious- a great layout! Thanks for everything!

Labor Day weekend

Overall, a good break from the stress of life. Only issue with the villa was one light fixture above the bar was smoking when on. Maid showed up an hour early, which made check-out a little congested.

Great spot close to the beach and all activities!

We were very happy with this lovely Windswept condo. It was perfectly located close to the beach, Night Heron Park, the Sanctuary Hotel and the tennis courts. The condo comfortably slept our group of seven, and my husband and I enjoyed the privacy of the master bedroom within the condo. The multiple balconies overlooking the natural landscape, beach and ocean were a delightful bonus. Most days, some of us enjoyed breakfast and/or lunch out on the balcony off the living room. the amenities within the condo were great, and the $250 credit toward bike and chair/umbrella rentals was fantastic. Thanks for everything!

5101 Windswept stay

Very nice view and very convenient location to the beach. Carpet needs to either be cleaned or taken out and replaced with tile. Bed in junior master suite needs to be replaced. Still overall was a very nice place to stay and would recommend this villa. Rental agency folks were very nice to deal with.

A Perfect Beach Vacation

The location of this first-floor condo is ideal with easy beach and boardwalk accessibility via a close-by stairwell. The views are pristine, with the heavily foliated dunes offering an unobstructed view to the ocean beyond. We appreciated the cleanliness of the unit and that lights were on and jazz was playing before our arrival. We had two requests (a larger frying pan and an iron) that were fulfilled within hours. The layout of the condo is excellent and we enjoyed all three balconies. We would definitely rent this unit again. Akers Ellis was very easy to deal with and we appreciated being able to print out our island car pass in advance of our arrival.

The AE Team hits another home run!

About two weeks before our arrival we were notified that the villa we had rented would not be available. Not to worry - the AE Team went to work and pulled the rabbit out of the hat. They found a similar property, in close proximity to our original choice, with the result that we had a very enjoyable stay. Our 25th year to Kiawah, and we will be back next year. Kudos to AE for a job, again, well done!

Wonderful ocean view

This unit has three balconies looking towards the ocean. Overall it is a great layout and has everything you need. The sound of the ocean and easy access is a huge plus. We were very comfortable and would go back again. The unit was clean, although the carpet had some stains. But overall, we would go back to this unit because of its location at the corner of the building. We would also rent through Ellis Akers again.

Great family vacation!

Wonderful rental! Will probably book there again! Only suggestion would be that the walls need to be repainted eventually. I also had to sweep the patios because there were a ton of dead bugs. But aside from that it was a great rental!

Very Relaxing!

Our stay was very pleasant. There were a few minor items that needed repaired, like the pocket door and towel rack in one of the bathrooms, but we were able to work around those. The kitchen was fully furnished and had everything we needed. One drawback was that there were no screens on any of the patio doors, and with wasps on 2 of the 3 decks, it was hard to enjoy the view. It would have been nice to at least have the doors open so that we could at least hear the ocean. We did call for maintenance of the wasps, which was very prompt! However, the little stingers just came back after a few days. Overall, I would rent this property again.

Wonderful Memorial Weekend Stay

We rent a house or villa in Kiawahevery year during the Memorial Day week. I was very happy withthis villa. The villa was nice andthe location was perfect for our family.The property manager was onsite the day we checked-in and was very nice. He ask us to call him if we needed anything. Great location--great decks and porch

generally very good. Response from management good and improving.The second bathroom door not working was a big problem--no privacy for the occupants of the second bedroom, which happened to be my son and his wife, especially since my son was having digestive issues. So I think that was a major problem and really not acceptable. Oh well...But overall, just fine if your expectations are a beach rental, as opposed to a home, which is how I view it.

I bought and left a bunch of hangars and towels. Always trying to leave things a bit better than I find them. Things otherwise OK.

Amazing family vacation!
