Take advantage of special beach gear and bike credit! This newly renovated Kiawah Island vacation rental home offers five bedrooms, seasonal access to the seasonal Turtle Beach community pool, and multiple outdoor living areas. The home is an easy 2-minute walk to Kiawah Island's beautiful beach.

White picket fencing, a gracious front porch, and majestic oak trees welcome you into this charming Lowcountry home. An open floor plan seamlessly connects the living, kitchen, and dining areas. In the living area, spend time relaxing on the colorful sofas or watch TV with the family. The adjacent dining area has a long wooden table to enjoy meals, snacks, and board games. Open and airy, the light-filled kitchen will make cooking enjoyable with its crisp white cabinets, stainless steel appliances, and ample counter space.

This renovated home offers five comfortable bedrooms and four full bathrooms. On the main floor, you will find the primary suite and two bedrooms. The spacious primary bedroom offers a king-sized bed, a TV, access to the screened porch, and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a king-sized bed, a TV, and an en suite bathroom with a shower/tub combo. A bedroom with two twin beds and convenient access to the full hall bathroom (shower/tub combo) rounds out the first floor. Upstairs you will find the remaining two bedrooms and a full hall bathroom with a shower/tub combo. One bedroom has a queen-sized bed, queen sleeper sofa, and TV, while the other has a queen-sized bed and access to a private balcony where peeks of the ocean can be visible.

Enjoy the ocean breezes from one of the home's outdoor areas. Unwind on the front porch in one of the rocking chairs or dine al fresco at the outdoor table. In the back of the home, a screened porch offers additional lounging and dining space.

The home is equipped with washer, dryer, and high-speed wireless internet.

Guests have access to the Atlantic/Turtle Beach community pool. The pool is unheated and open seasonally.

Please note: This property has a strict no pet policy.

During your stay on Kiawah Island, be sure to enjoy biking on the 30 miles of flat bike trails, golfing on one of five world-class courses, playing tennis, crabbing, fishing, swimming, and boating. Many families also enjoy the kids’ camp and nature programs at Night Heron Park.

Kiawah Island is about 40 minutes from historic Charleston, famous for incredible shopping, galleries, antique stores, museums, the South Carolina Aquarium, horse-drawn carriage rides, historic landmarks, and sumptuous dining.

Guest reservations of 3 to 21 nights come with a valuable credit to use towards beach gear rentals during your stay! The credit amount for this property is $400. You may use your credit for bicycles, beach chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, kayaks, stand-up paddleboards, and more – the choice is yours!

RESERVATION PROCESS: Your reservation is not confirmed until you return the Akers Ellis Rental Agreement. This document will be sent to you via email within a few hours of making your reservation. You need to review and electronically fill out, sign, and submit the agreement within 24 hours. Once returned, Akers Ellis will collect payment and send you a reservation confirmation via email.

Had a fantastic time and truly enjoyed our stay. Your home was the perfect fit for our family. The front and back porches were our favorite spots and the kitchen was perfectly equipped with everything we needed. Great house in a great location and hope to come back and stay again.

I took a much needed vacation with some friends over the summer and we had THE BEST TIME. It's a beautiful spacious home with a large porch (so fun to hang out in!) in a lovely neighborhood. Steps away from the beach, a safe and gorgeous neighborhood to bike around, and the hosts were so hospitable and gracious. Perfect for families and friends. Highly recommend! It's a place I would definitely come back to.

Words can’t describe how perfect this house is for a trip for a family or a group of friends. The warm, but elegant layout is simply magnificent for all types of vacations. The less than four minute walk to one of the most pristine and private beaches I’ve ever been on, is simply unparalleled. The large open living room and dining room make for perfect gatherings, where multiple conversations and activities can be going on simultaneously. The beautiful, huge porch is a southern dream. Finally, each of the beds are so comfortable that we all said it was hard to even wake up and begin exploring all of the magic that this terrific island has in store.
I really am very excited to visit again next year as it was such a special trip for my friends and I!
