Take advantage of special beach gear and bike credit! This newly updated Kiawah Island vacation rental (2023), located in Vanderhorst Plantation, offers 4-bedrooms, a spacious back deck, and a front porch. Enjoy a short, 10-minute bike ride to the nearest beach!

This recently updated home boasts soft neutral hues, beautiful hardwood flooring, wooded views, and an abundance of natural light. Upon entering the home, you will find comfortable seating equipped with a queen sleeper sectional, a flat-screen TV, and door access to the back deck. The fully equipped kitchen area offers beautiful white cabinetry, plenty of counter space, a center island, and additional barstool seating. The kitchen area allows easy flow to the dining area, which has ample seating for your whole party! You will also find a hall half-bathroom.

The primary bedroom features a king-sized bed, additional seating, a TV, wooded views, and door access to the back deck. The private primary bathroom is equipped with a double sink vanity and a walk-in shower.

The secondary bedroom offers another king-sized bed, a TV, and ample closet space. The secondary bathroom is a full bathroom shared with the tertiary bedroom.

The third bedroom is perfect for kids as it offers 2-twin sized beds and a TV.

Please note that the fourth bedroom is a separate apartment over the garage and features 2 full-sized beds, a TV, and a private half-bathroom. An outdoor shower is available just outside of the garage area.

Enjoy wooded views from the generous front porch or back deck. These relaxing spaces are perfect for sitting back, watching wildlife, or curling up with a good book.

The home is equipped with a washer, dryer, and high-speed wireless internet.

Please note that this property has an exterior Ring doorbell that views the home's front entrance. This camera serves to protect both the property owner and rental guests.

Guest reservations of 3 to 21 nights come with a valuable credit to use towards beach gear rentals during your stay! The credit amount for this property is $300. You may use your credit for bicycles, beach chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, kayaks, stand-up paddleboards, and more – the choice is yours!

During your stay on Kiawah Island, be sure to enjoy biking on the 30 miles of flat bike trails, golfing on one of five world-class courses (the Osprey Point Golf Course just a minute's drive away), playing tennis, crabbing, fishing at the nearby Egret Pond Dock, swimming, and boating. Many families also enjoy the kids’ camp and nature programs at Night Heron Park.

Kiawah Island is about 40 minutes from historic Charleston, famous for incredible shopping, galleries, antique stores, museums, the South Carolina Aquarium, horse-drawn carriage rides, historic landmarks, and sumptuous dining.

RESERVATION PROCESS: Your reservation is not confirmed until you return the Akers Ellis Rental Agreement. This document will be sent to you via email within a few hours of making your reservation. You need to review and electronically fill out, sign, and submit the agreement within 24 hours. Once returned, Akers Ellis will collect payment and send you a reservation confirmation via email.
