Take advantage of special beach gear and bike credit! This Kiawah Island vacation rental features three bedrooms, picturesque marsh views, multiple outdoor living spaces, and access to the Inlet Cove community dock and seasonal pool. The cottage is less than a 5-minute walk from the beach.

Please note: As of fall 2023, this cottage is undergoing a full renovation with an estimated completion date of April 2024. Updated photos and additional details will be added as they become available.

This beautiful and completely renovated cottage will feature three bedrooms, three full bathrooms and picturesque views over the marsh from the newly located kitchen, as well as the cozy sunroom. The primary bedroom will offer a king size bed, ensuite with double vanity and walk in shower, as well as an incredible marsh view. The guest bedroom will also offer a beautiful marsh view, queen size bed and newly renovated bathroom with walk in shower. In the third bedroom you’ll find two extra long twin beds that can be converted into a king upon request, with an adjacent bathroom featuring a shower/tub combo. Complete with new furnishings, hardwood floors, windows, as well as paint inside and out, this cottage will offer guests a one of a kind experience in the Inlet Cove community.

The cottage is equipped with washer, dryer, and high-speed wireless internet.

Guests have access to the Inlet Cove community swimming pool and dock. The pool is unheated and open seasonally.

During your stay on Kiawah Island, be sure to enjoy biking on the 30 miles of flat bike trails, golfing on one of five world-class courses, playing tennis, crabbing, fishing, swimming, and boating. Many families also enjoy the kids’ camp and nature programs at Night Heron Park.

Kiawah Island is about 40 minutes from historic Charleston, famous for incredible shopping, galleries, antique stores, museums, the South Carolina Aquarium, horse-drawn carriage rides, historic landmarks, and sumptuous dining.

Guest reservations of 3 to 21 nights come with a valuable credit to use towards beach gear rentals during your stay! The credit amount for this property is $250. You may use your credit for bicycles, beach chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, kayaks, stand-up paddleboards, and more – the choice is yours!

RESERVATION PROCESS: Your reservation is not confirmed until you return the Akers Ellis Rental Agreement. This document will be sent to you via email within a few hours of making your reservation. You need to review and electronically fill out, sign, and submit the agreement within 24 hours. Once returned, Akers Ellis will collect payment and send you a reservation confirmation via email.

Have always loved Kiawah, visited when I was in college and now having a family I had to bring them back. It definitely didn’t disappoint. Great little spot in a great neighborhood. Great central location for everything. Will definitely be back. Also property manager responded promptly and even accommodated us for arriving early allowing us to check in early.

Wonderful family vacation

Perfectly located rental on Kiawah! Easy biking and beautiful back porch. Great place for our morning coffee and family dinners. Good cooking materials and dishwasher- great for large family- we have 4 kids ranging in age from 7-15. We will be back!
