Nick Salazar
Property Manager
Nick Salazar was born in Washington, D.C., and settled in Charleston in 2009. Nick attended The Citadel and graduated with a degree in Criminal Justice. Before joining Akers Ellis in 2021, he worked in hotel management at Marriott and The Sanctuary at Kiawah Island Golf Resort. Nick resides on Johns Island with his wife, Kate, and their three dogs, Lola, Riley, and Bugg. Outside of the office, he enjoys flying, grilling, home remodeling projects, and spending time with his wife and dogs. Nick also loves being out on the water, especially swimming and kayaking.
